When do I pay for premium?

A season pass can be purchased at any time during the season.

Why would I pay $30 right now when we won't have events for months?

The early adopter pricing is just that — the fans who are all in on making competition days seamless and want to support the development of On Deck into the ultimate competition experience platform.

I bought an individual plan, can I upgrade to Family when it's available?

Yes, reach out to hello@allstarsondeck.com and we will help.

Is there a monthly option?

No. We hate auto-renewing subscriptions as much as the next guy. The season pass gets you access to every competition we support throughout the year.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for payments, so we support just about every payment method they do, including all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

Do you offer refunds?

Email support@allstarsondeck.com to request a refund within 14 days of the purchase of a season pass.
